This series of cyanotypes was created using fishnets and other hosiery. I use the term fetish to refer to an object with magickal powers. I am thinking about the transference of energy from our body > to an article of clothing> to the paper; creating a print that also acts as an amulet or talisman bestowed with energy. The work could also be a metaphor for breaking barriers and self-mending.
